Returns for Damaged Goods

  3. Refund: Once we confirm the damage, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  4. Shipping: We provide free return shipping for damaged goods. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Returns for Incorrect Size

We understand that sometimes finding the perfect fit can be challenging. If you need to return an item due to an incorrect size, please follow these steps:

  1. Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for incorrect size.
  2. Process: Contact our customer service team at Orders@Clozique.com with your order number and the details of the item you'd like to exchange.
  3. Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item.
  4. Shipping: We provide free return shipping for items returned due to incorrect size. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Additionally, we offer free shipping for the new item in the correct size.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • This return policy applies to purchases made directly from Clozique. Items purchased from third-party retailers are subject to their return policies.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
